I've had multiple experiences with Canton Auto Repair and they have all been amazing. They are great at communicating. They are fair, won't do unnecessary things and they always check with me first before doing anything. They give advice on what needs attention on my car, which I greatly appriciate. They made a call to the dealership when there was a discrepancy on what oil to use on my car. They let me know they couldn't figure out why my car was idling weird and didn't charge me for their time. They are a shop who I trust to make good decisions and I feel like that's rare.
Wonderful service! They were totally honest and did not try to over charge like most shops I know! I had terrible experiences where shops tried to charge me way more because I’m a female and canton auto repair group did not! They are wonderful and I would recommend them 10/10! Super quick and professional! Called this morning to see how backed up they were as my car wouldn't start last night or this morning. They said as long as it was a battery and I could get it in this morning, they would have me up and running by the end of the day. They kept me informed as the process went with what they found and the total. The waiting area also appeared clean
Canton Auto Repair was great. Serviced my Jeep Wrangler right at the end of 2023 and they were fair, honest, and quick to complete the repairs. Would use them again!
I called Canton Auto Repair about a tire issue that I needed repaired before leaving for vacation the next morning & they were able to fit me in the day I called. They called me throughout the time my car was being serviced to keep me up to date with diagnosis and pricing. They were all very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend to others in need of auto repairs.
