Agreed on what to do and when I went back did more that I asked for to the tune of Over $100 more. Had to negotiate a settlement price. Never again. Beware!!!!
Called to inquire about my snowblower not starting. He said...nobodys is starting, drop it off and I'll put you on the schedule. Very short, rude and unprofessional. Reading some of the other reviews I'm not the only one. No thanks dude!!!
Great customer service. I definitely would recommend this place. Convenient did a great job on my mower had it done faster than I thought.
I called to inquire about having some some go-kart tires put on the rim. Mike made the suggestion I have tubes placed in them. I politely told Mike I did not want tubes put in at which point he called me "nuts" and i promptly hung up on him. Totally rude and unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere!
Very rude on the phone, after his experience, he should be able to give an estimated price on a push mower service told him it starts and quits , he still just could not.do it. ...had a place in mogadore free pick up and delivery, repaired in 2 two days, 79.95 complete service runs perfecto,and looks like new wow...beware of mike... .
