Bought new Stihl chainsaw with extended warranty. Used saw 4 times and won't start. Take in to them and they claim failure in brake that overheated ruining needle bearings and clutch. I asked about warranty and they state it wasn't covered. It must've been run with brake on. Makes no since as chain wouldn't cut with brake on. How do they know saw brake worked properly. Just straight to not covered and pay $250 to fix saw I just pd $500 to buy
