I don't give bad reviews because you never know what somebody is going through that day. But I call on a Friday to ask if my Ryobi tools can be fixed they said yes they will look at them and they can repair them. That's perfect I've been looking for somebody for 6 months are you open Saturday. Yes they reply so I make my way down on Saturday. Walking through the doors to a lady on the phone at the desk that doesn't even greet me with an angry voice says I'll have to call you back someone came in. That someone was me also with about 15 Ryobi tools that needed fixed. She proceeds to tell me that they can look at them but usually can't fix them. Then asks are you going to leave them so we can look at them. No because you have no confidence in yourself to fix them
I have a wood burner and burn a good bit of lumber. Bought wood from many different local suppliers. All nice split wood with no dirt or slab wood thrown in. This by far was the best experience. They have great hardwoods cut to the right length. The wood is seasoned and ready to burn. They had two polite hard working girls helping to load our truck and trailer. I will be back!! Thanks.
Excellent mower repair, tool repair, new tools and specialty nails for construction and great flowers & plants for your garden. A very knowledgeable staff in both the repair shop & garden center. They also have the best locally grown, fresh cut Christmas trees in the area.
Bought firewood from here...I wanted to support local businesses.....they claim their wood is seasoned under plastic within a few months....not seasoned at all. I have yet to get a log to burn without smoking like crazy, sizzle with moisture and just plain smolder out. I called them and the answer I got was..”don’t know why it would do that. No one else has complained”. Not sorry to hear that...let’s see what we can do to correct this...nope...just thanks for paying $80 on our wet wood. My guess is most people go elsewhere after 1 load of expensive “seasoned” fire wood. Lesson learned.
Prices were reasonable and it had a nice set up but I must say that the customer service was disheartening. I don’t know who the gentleman and woman were but nonetheless they were incredibly off putting. No welcome, no how may I help you and upon check out it was silence with some attitude with everything said. This is a huge thing that determines if I’ll be back or not and this is a definite not.
