The staff was incredibly friendly and they make the best tea. My wife who always throws away get Starbucks or dunkin donuts coffee drank every last drop. I highly recommend this establishment!
The 2 employees (sisters) that helped us were very friendly and we had a nice conversation about their experience working for Biggby. The bagels were perfectly toasted and the specialty lattes were exactly what I expected from a chain coffee store. Though it wasn't busy the seating area looked cozy and clean.
I’m cautiously optimistic about this place. It’s very close to home and there’s never much of a line. I really want to like it. So far I haven’t found my drink. The mint flavored coffee is not for me, and today I had a caramel cold foam, and, call me crazy, but it kinda tasted minty, too. The Asiago bagel with egg and cheese tasted great ????. I hoped for something similar to my egg and cheese wake up wraps from Dunkin but they don’t have anything other than the bagel or thick bread sandwiches. Too many carbs for me.
