Stop here every morning before work. The last few times I ordered a bagel with cream cheese - this is how I get it. I cannot stress enough the disappointment of opening the bagel and only being able to eat 3/4 of it. I’d rather have too much cream cheese than not enough.
First thing you notice when you walk in is how clean it is inside and then your greeted by friendly staff. And I just want to give props to the the young lady that helped my friend, (who was a little older) she was patient, as my friend took a little longer than usual to pick out her goodies. That’s rare these days, she didn’t try to rush her or get upset. Thank you ☺️ Everything in our order was correct and our donuts were fresh.
I order at night mostly they told me that they weren't doing wraps anymore then I ordered them at a different time and they did. Then I ordered a drink with coconut milk and now this new worker from what I know is saying that they aren't going to have coconut milk any more like what is wrong with the night workers? sadly i can only give 1 star! plus the same new night worker makes straight syrup or really bitter drinks like idk if she just can't see past her glasses or what but how to you mess up a coffee. I changed this to a 3 star on the service because turns out the coconut milk is a corporate decision not just this dunkin although the wraps was just this dunkin as to why I still only gave it one star.
It's to bad I only have the option of rating the service with one star; it really should be a half of a star. With zero other customers to be waited on, I came in and stood at the counter. The employee was not busy whatsoever at the time. I stood there waiting for some kind of a greeting, nothing. He stood there looking at me. Finally after about 15 seconds I said to him; " Your response should be, Hi, how can I help you?" He never said a word. I gave my order, paid and left. Where do you find these people??? Or maybe they find you?!?!?! He would not work for me 5 minutes with such piss-poor customer service skills! It's a rotten reflection of your management; or lack of management!!!
