This was absolutely gross and tough. I won't ever order from this location again and when you call it just rings. You can tell this dough wasn't thawed long enough and they were just trying to hurry up and make the order.
Great food. I ordered the $7 deal and do not like the thin crust. Need to always order the pan pizza even though it is $1 more. It tastes so much better.
I will never order from this store again. I made an online order paid with a credit card, DoorDash ended up dropping it off And asking for more money to pay for the order. Pizza Hut never contacted me to tell them to pay with cash when DoorDash got here. I called into the store. The employee hung up on me twice and said there was nothing that he could do about it. I went in the next day to get a refund two weeks later still no refund oh, and not to mention the order was wrong.
The place sucks badly. It's very dirty and old and they don't change the pans out and wash them. Employees don't wash hands and handle the food. The health department should fine them . It's very unsanitary the way they work with the food. Tons of oil put in the pans for the dough. The hiring manager and shift manager don't follow policy and they get paid too much. It needs revamped. Dirty dishes that are put back out to use.
