Been ordering from this pizza oven for 18 yrears and in the last 2 years it just isn't the same. Must of the time the pizza is dry and burnt. The chicken is undercooked and they always forget something you ordered. I hope management get it together and bring back the good service they once had.
I have always loved pizza oven. I have traveled all over the country and no one has better pizza anywhere.
I went in to pick up a delivery for Uber eats and although the pizza was ready, their system didn't pick up the customer also ordered 8pc chicken. They did jump on getting the chicken done and told me 10min. No problem for me so I waited. About 25 min later, after many people have been helped and served, I asked for an update and was told another 4 min. And then I waited another 10 min and no one gave me an update and when I went to get an update, all the staff were standing in a circle in the kitchen, just chitchatting which normally I wouldn't mind but I've already been waiting for over half an hour for 8pc chicken. And when I finally got someone's attention they had no idea what I was talking about. I finally left after they finished the chicken. I may not know much about the food industry and I'm more than happy to wait so long as there is clear communication and regular updates. The lack of attention to their customers is frustrating.
