Everytime I come to this location & use the drive thru, I am left waiting at least 5 min or longer before even being acknowledged by any of the employees. Don’t get me wrong, I can see right inside & everyone usually looks busy but it takes only a moment to acknowledge a customer. Also, I’ve had to wait for the employees to finish their “smoke breaks” as I watch them from my vehicle taking their time before coming to acknowledge me. I have no complaints regarding the food but the service could definitely be better.
Dominos has had a cozy welcoming appeal to the inside of stores that feels like home and I enjoy there food I almost said it's four stars due to pasta bowls having smaller servings then I remembered the pasta and how divine the pasta primavera I had was . It was so freaking good. The pizzas used to go like w for 12.99 they maybe do still but that deal made me feel like they had a geenerosity of sorts a maybe hard to find kindness and value that I really appreciate and the people always seem to be a part of the dominos family the workers I'm speaking about stark county dominos are great
Ordered the thin crunchy deluxe..was very fast for delivery, tasted great, and my delivery driver John was very pleasant..great job guys!
Food was great with nice timing as well even though today is New Years. Asked your great delivery driver Brandon if yall were busy tonight because of the new years which he agreed to. Overall great service 10/10 ????????
So ordered my pizza at 5:18 PM and I didn’t get my pizza till 7:18 PM. I even called at 6:26 PM and they said my order was coming out of the oven and that would be out in a few minutes. Then when I got my food my sandwich was tore apart. The order before that I had a similar situation Where the bread was burnt all around it
