Was on my way to an appointment and stopped to grab a Hot-N-Ready. I asked "Do you have Sausage HotNReady?" She hit the button and replied with my total. So I happily paid assuming the answer was yes. After I paid, she says "It'll be about 10 minutes". SERIOUSLY?! Had to call my new client to advise I was now running 10 mins behind. I haven't had a issue-free experience at Little Caesars yet.
This whack ship has the most rudest manager I have ever met. Makes me wait 25 mins for my special pizzas and didn't even get that right. Got home 20 mins away and seen they messed up on a pizza. When I called I was told to just come in and they would replace it. But because I didn't bring the other pizza with me they refuse to make the pizza I specifically ordered. So now 40 mins and my family still waiting for a pizza. I will never again come to this one in Cleveland Ave nw again.
I'd love to rate the food but didn't get that far~ Stood there for about 7 minutes while 5 employees behind the counter...laughed and didn't even look my way. No one took my order. They saw me. However, choose to banter and laugh among them selves until I left~ Never go back
I picked up 2 pepperoni pizzas last for me and my fellow veterans at the valor home. They were good, even the facilitater couldn't believe it was little Ceasars. Keep improving. May I suggest adding beef pepperoni, it will boost the business.
Drove 35 40 minutes to go home with 4 kids. Ordered pizza over the phone and asked if we could pick it up at 8:20.drove 10 minutes down tusc when my family and I got back to canton, we sat in the drive through just to be told we would have to wait another 20 minutes for freaking pepperoni pizza that was ordered 35-40 minutes prior. So I had to leave there with no food with my 4 kids. They didn't even day a damn word about it. Not sorry, not come back tomorrow, NOTHING.
